- To collect only the information that we need and for the purposes intended under our services.
- To take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the information that we collect.
- To ensure that the information we collect is relevant and up to date.
- To retain only the information we need, for the duration that we need it.
- To provide the owner of the information in our possession access to that information upon their request.
- To work with competent staff appropriately trained in the relevant practices and compliances.
Some of our obligations under the POPI act are, but not limited to;

We shall only retain information that is required by us and for the duration we require it.
We are obligated to make the information available to its owner should they request to see it.
